Islamic Education & Quranic Qualifications I have completed formal Islamic religious studies with a specialized focus on the Qur’an, Tajweed, and Qirā’āt. My studies include comprehensive training in Qur’anic recitation and Tajweed, along with the study of the Seven Qirā’āt (Qirā’āt al-Sab‘ah) and the Three additional Qirā’āt (Qirā’āt al-Thalāthah). I have also completed advanced studies in Qirā’āt al-‘Ashrah al-Kubrā (the Ten Major Qirā’āt). Alongside my Islamic education, I hold a Tajweed qualification/degree, which provided detailed study and practical training in the rules of Qur’anic pronunciation, articulation points (Makharij), characteristics of letters (Ṣifāt), and proper recitation. I have been teaching the Qur’an since 2019, with a particular focus on Tajweed, accurate recitation, Hifz, and Qirā’āt.
